Duties included
One rate covers freight, U.S. customs clearance and duties: per kg for shared container and air, per container for full loads. Good if you are new to importing or want a simple landed cost.

Pay duties directly
Already have an IOR number and customs bond? You pay duties directly to U.S. Customs, and we move the freight. Good if you import regularly and want full control of your entries.

What does DDP mean?
Delivered Duty Paid. We arrange the shipping, U.S. customs clearance and duty payment, and deliver the goods to your address, so you don't pay duties when the shipment arrives.
What do you need for a DDP quote?
The product, number of cartons, total weight or volume, goods value and your delivery ZIP code. Duties depend on what the product is and what it's worth, so accurate details get you an accurate price.
Do you offer DDP for full containers?
Yes. Full container DDP is available in 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ and 45HQ, quoted per container with U.S. duties included. Send us your cargo details for a quote.
How long does shipping take?
After departure, air takes about 3–8 days and sea about 11–55 days, depending on the destination and whether you choose a fast or standard vessel. Pickup in China, customs clearance and final delivery add time on top. Your quote includes an estimated schedule for your cargo.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We deliver to Amazon fulfillment centers as well as warehouses, 3PLs, stores and business addresses.
Can I use my own IOR instead?
Yes. If you have an IOR number and customs bond, you pay duties directly to U.S. Customs and we handle the freight.
