    New to importing? For LCL and air freight, one per-kg rate covers freight and U.S. duties; full containers can ship duties-included too, quoted per container. We arrange customs clearance.

Who is the Importer of Record?

Your choice. Use your own IOR number and customs bond and pay duties directly, or choose our duties-included rates and we arrange clearance for you.

Are duties included?

For LCL and air freight, yes: our per-kg rates include U.S. duties. Full containers can ship either way: duties included (quoted per container), or port to port with customs clearance and duties quoted separately. If you use your own IOR, you pay duties directly to U.S. Customs.

How long does shipping take?

After departure, air takes about 3–8 days and ocean about 11–55 days, depending on the destination and whether you choose a fast or standard vessel. Pickup in China, customs clearance and delivery to your Amazon FC add time on top. Your quote includes an estimated schedule for your cargo.

I don't have a full container. Can you still ship?

Yes. Shared container (LCL) starts from $1.06/kg to the West Coast with duties included, and we can consolidate cargo from several suppliers at our China warehouse. Air freight is available for urgent restocks.

Can you deliver somewhere other than Amazon?

Yes: to your own warehouse, a 3PL, a retail store or any business address in the U.S.
